a TASC journey

In an effort to establish an insightful and therapeutic relationship between the TASC client and TASC staff, I developed the TASC Journey. The goal of this web experience is to allow the TASC staff person to experience the complete journey of the client -- to walk in his shoes so to speak -- enabling staff to clearly identify and define their role in the client's journey. It also identifies significant people in the journey and those potentially necessary for successful interactions during case management of each specific client.
